Some site updates

We now require registering and logging in before you can post on the message boards. We were getting way too much spam.

Speaking of which, we deleted about a million spam posts from the message boards. They're much cleaner now. Sorry for the neglect!

One more thing, we added an interview/details on a new (for the site) band, The Undecided (later known as The Winfield Scott Band).
