I was just doing a web search on Musitone records and found your page.
A friend just purchased an album on this label of Doc Jorne' titled Orgarama. It's an album of hymns played in a most unusual style.
The amazing thing is he got it for 49 cents at a Goodwill store.
It's only in fair condition but we're going to try to process it through some software to see if it will clean up the noise and clicks.

The song list provided by Andy at the top of this page is missing their most rockin' and last real hit; "The Girl I Love" on Drummond Records circa March 1965.

"Wish For An Angel" was on the WMAX top 40 chart in 1961. Can't remember the month.

Jim, my dad, Ralph DeVries, was a friend of Doc's. They are both gone now but it sure would be great if you could post your dad's bio on the web. He was a fabulous musician (he played at my wedding reception 35 years ago!) and my parents thought the world of him. Would love to hear from you.
